Why Tru Vu ?

• As a sailor, you would be well aware that once you are “down below” in a sailing vessel, existing inclinometers only provide you with nothing more than a mathematical reading.

• Since there is no horizon, and consequently no horizontal reference points, it becomes impossible to “visualise” the list of the vessel. You are only seeing “water” through one port-hole and sky through the opposite one, if the existing type of inclinometer shows 25^o you have to try to imagine what 25^o actually looks like. For many people, pendulum style inclinometers even appear to be pointing in the wrong direction.
